TimelineFall 2008 Schedule (MS Excel)
The magazine is currently run on a 13 week schedule. It is easiest to see how this works by looking at the current semester's Gant chart, linked above. The first and second issue overlap, as writing and photography are finished with their work on the first magazine early. This is the break down of the semester.
Starting Fall '07 we are implementing Story Team Updates. This will involve filling out a short sheet whenever story teams meet. These sheets will be kept in a folder in between classes for the teams. These sheets will provide the story teams a guide for making sure that they are up to date. It will also serve as a paper trail for making a recommendation on grade if members are taking the class for credit. It will also help team members learn each others names.

Note: This schedule will change from semester to semester due to breaks. The schedule was recently updated to reflect our actual schedule. The schedule also needs to be finalized to make sure that all deadlines are met for events like EXPO, or the career fair. It is of paramount importance to release the November issue in November!
