EIC Odds and Ends

To reserve a room in ECB contact the SLC at ecbreser@cae.wisc.edu. Include the following information:

Room Reservation Time Period (for example 7-9pm)
Room Number
Organization Name

You can usually get a room even if you want it the same day. You will need to pick up the key from the SLC (Room M1080) room before 4pm. It is best to get a room at least a week ahead of time, as ECB space can be a hot commodity (especially the nicer rooms). For more information and details on what each room includes visit their website here. Return key in drop box outside of M1080 ASAP.

Hello,
    I'm looking to reserve ECB 1055 for 7pm - 8:30 pm on Wednesday night (5/02/07) for a Wisconsin Engineer meeting. If it is not available,     any of the other 16+ capacity conference rooms would do.
